Emergency Action Plan

An emergency refers to an unforeseen event that could result in significant property damage, such as:

  • Severe water leaks
  • Gas leaks (if detected through smell or otherwise, call National Gas Emergency on 0800 111 999)
  • Loss of electrical power or lighting
  • Blockage of the sole toilet
  • Loss of heating or hot water supply
  • Broken windows or doors from a break-in

If your landlord has a tenant finding or rent collection contract with us, please inform them to arrange property repairs.

  • After-Hours Emergencies

If you face an emergency outside of our operating hours, follow these steps:

  • Ensure that the situation is a true emergency and cannot wait until we reopen.
  • Please be mindful that if a contractor is dispatched for a repair that is not considered an emergency, you will be responsible for any related fees.
