Tenant Responsibilities

Caring for the Property

Maintain the cleanliness of the property and any furnishings or appliances. Do not make any repairs or renovations without first seeking permission and guidance from your Landlord or Agent. If you encounter any problems, immediately inform the Landlord or Agent to schedule repairs. Neglecting small issues can jeopardize your security deposit.

In emergency situations, such as a burst pipe or malfunctioning boiler, refer to our emergency guide for assistance.

Testing Smoke Alarms

Familiarize yourself with the operation of the boiler and major appliances, including the location of the stop cock, fuse box, and any meters. This is important to know in case of an emergency. Your Landlord or Agent can provide you with this information if needed.

Neighbourly Conduct

Be respectful to your neighbours to avoid being evicted due to disruptive behaviour.
